Aaron Ensminger

Aaron Ensminger has extensive work experience, holding various leadership roles in different organizations. Aaron currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at the National Auctioneers Association. Prior to this, they were the Executive Director for Sertoma Inc. and Hearing Charities of America from 2019 to 2021. From 2013 to 2019, Aaron worked as the Director of Education at the National Auctioneers Association. Before that, they held multiple positions at the International Association of Administrative Professionals, including Senior Manager of Programs & Services, Managing Editor, and Manager of Communications & Publications. Aaron's career started as an Assistant Editor at Gallery Guide Magazine in 1997. Overall, they have showcased their expertise in leadership, strategic planning, program development, marketing, and communications throughout their career.

Aaron Ensminger obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The University of Kansas in 1996. Aaron further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in English from Lehigh University in 1998. Additionally, in January 2018, they obtained the CAE certification from ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership.
