Cat Henning has a diverse background in development and community engagement, currently serving as a Development Coordinator at the National Audubon Society since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Development Manager at the American Cancer Society and Walker Fellow at Planned Parenthood North Central States. Educationally, Cat Henning earned a Bachelor's Degree in Cultural Anthropology and Communication Studies from Creighton University, during which time various positions were held including Communication Center Tutor, Art Gallery Attendant, and Undergraduate Research Assistant. Notable contributions include studying the dehumanization of drone strikes, analyzing athletes' experiences in sport, and promoting food justice through internships with The Big Garden. Additional roles spanned sectors from legal aid to retail and included work with The Salvation Army and Sencha Tea Bar.
