Holly Fairall (Mascaro) has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Holly began their career as a Summer Associate at the Queens District Attorney's Office, where they interviewed and assisted victims of domestic violence. Following this, they worked as an Accessories Intern at Harper's Bazaar, where they supported the Accessories Editors and created an organizational system for accessories used in photo shoots.

Holly then took on multiple roles at Condé Nast Traveler, including Editorial Intern, where they researched and wrote stories for the magazine, and Photo Intern, where they assisted with photo shoots and conducted research for editorial content.

At Hearst, Holly served as an Executive Assistant to George Kliavkoff, Co-President of Hearst Entertainment & Syndication and President of Hearst Ventures. In this role, they conducted research on potential investments and edited reports and presentations for key executives.

Holly later joined Hearst Magazines as an Integrated Marketing Coordinator and then an Associate Integrated Marketing Manager for the Hearst Men's Group. In these positions, Holly crafted pitch decks, developed marketing strategies, and managed partnerships with brands and organizations.

Holly also worked as an Integrated Marketing Manager at Interview Magazine, where they directed marketing initiatives and increased digital revenue by 200% year over year.

Most recently, Holly has been working at the National Audubon Society as a Manager and then Senior Manager of Brand Marketing. In this role, they oversee the production, promotion, and expansion of Audubon-branded products, manages relationships with major retailers, and ensures accurate representation of the organization's mission and messaging.

Throughout their career, Holly has also contributed as a Content Contributor for various brands and worked as a freelance writer.

Holly Fairall (Mascaro) completed their high school education at The Kew-Forest School from 2006 to 2008. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in English & American Literature from New York University, from 2008 to 2012.
