Jamaal N.

Jamaal N. has a strong background in leadership and advocacy roles. Jamaal is currently serving as the Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at the National Audubon Society since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at The Management Center from 2018 to 2021 as a Partner and Organizational Consultant and Advisor. From 2014 to 2020, they held multiple positions at Leadership for Educational Equity, including Senior Advisor to the Executive Director and Vice President of Electoral Leadership & Regional Impact Teams. Jamaal also served as the National Organizing Director at Builders from 2009 to 2014, where they focused on community engagement and activism. Jamaal started their career as the Vice President of National Partnerships and Advocacy at ABC from 2007 to 2009 and worked as a Principal Consultant at Lynch Associates, LLC from 2002 to 2009.

Jamaal N. completed their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership at Vanderbilt University from 1994 to 1999. Following this, they pursued further education at Harvard Divinity School and obtained a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree in Organizational Leadership from 1999 to 2002.
