Negar Nourmohammad

Negar Nourmohammad, MHRM, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with a focus on employee benefits, currently serving as a Senior Benefits Specialist at the National Audubon Society since November 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Acting Benefits Manager and Benefits Specialist at the World Resources Institute from January 2022 to November 2024, and as an HR Specialist at USRA from July 2017 to June 2021. Negar began the HR career as an HR Intern at AMIDEAST in 2016.
