Yolanda R. Richards

Yolanda R. Richards has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning different industries and roles. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director, Talent Acquisition at the National Audubon Society since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Center from June 2021 to March 2022. Yolanda also served as the Director of Diversity Recruitment at CCS Fundraising from 2019 to 2021.

Yolanda also completed the Nonprofit Emerging Leaders Certificate Program at Rutgers Business School's Institute for Ethical Leadership. Furthermore, they have obtained certification as a Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) from AIRS.
