Dr. Shalini Singh

Dr. Shalini Singh, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Senior Vice President of Leadership Learning & Talent & Inclusion at NAB since January 2023, where notable achievements include establishing a Learning & Development Center of Excellence for 3,000 colleagues and implementing learning solutions that resulted in significant job enrichment and positive leadership behavior changes. Prior experience includes leading Learning & Talent initiatives for HSBC Technology, where responsibilities encompassed a learning strategy for 11,000 colleagues, and roles across various HR functions at UnitedHealth Group, NatWest Group, Aon Hewitt, and Confluence Integrated Services. Dr. Singh holds a B.A. (Hons) in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Management Technology, and an M.A. in Organisational Behaviour from Delhi University. Industry recognition includes multiple Brandon Hall and Ragan Platinum Awards in 2022.
