James Clutterbuck

James Clutterbuck possesses extensive experience in technology delivery and quality engineering, currently serving as Executive Technology, Delivery Orchestration and Innovation, and previously as Head of Technology Quality Engineering and Program Delivery Manager at NAB. With a strong background in process automation using Robotics and Pega, James has also managed major programs such as the New Payments Platform. Prior to NAB, James held significant roles at Accenture, focusing on major project deliveries for Telstra as a Senior Program Test Manager and Stream Execution Manager. Earlier career experiences include positions at Ericsson, TAB Limited, Miller Freeman, and a foundational role as a PC Support Specialist, showcasing a diverse skill set in technology development and management. James holds a degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Sussex.
