Lily Chen

Lily Chen is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate advisory and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as the Head of Legal for Corporate Advisory at NAB, Lily has also held the title of Senior Legal Counsel. Previous roles include Legal Director at Cadmon Advisory & Ventures and Solicitor specializing in M&A at Herbert Smith Freehills. Lily's legal career began with positions as a lawyer at Ashurst and a paralegal at AED Legal Centre, as well as various clerkships in reputable firms. Lily holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Monash University.
