Mike Henshall

Mike Henshall currently serves as the Head of Credit & Market Risk Operations at National Australia Bank since January 2021, having previously held roles as Associate Director in Credit Risk Operations and Regulatory Credit Initiatives. Prior to NAB, Mike was the Policy Alignment Manager in Risk & Compliance at AIA Australia, responsible for ensuring policy compliance and integration. Additional experience includes roles at HSBC, where Mike focused on regulatory requirements for internal models, and at the Royal Bank of Scotland and Barclays Capital, with a strong emphasis on regulatory capital and credit risk. Mike began a career in finance after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Adelaide.
