Susan Tonks

Susan Tonks is a seasoned professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as Chief People Officer at NAB since April 2017. Susan has held various leadership positions, including Executive General Manager of People and Culture at Victoria Racing Club and General Manager of Human Resources at Kmart Australia Limited. With extensive experience across multiple sectors, including supply chain and logistics, Susan's career encompasses significant roles at Gazal, Pacific Brands, Carlton & United Breweries, The Reject Shop, and Target Australia. Susan holds a Bachelor of Business in Personnel and Industrial Relations from RMIT University, an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, and has furthered education with certificates in banking and advanced human resource management.
