Tony Morante

Tony Morante has over 30 years of experience in education and sports, highlighted by a significant tenure at the New York Yankees from 1973 to 2018, where expertise in sales and historical tours of Yankee Stadium was developed. As an adjunct professor at Fordham University from 2013 to 2018, instructional programs for middle school students in U.S. history were created. As an author and professional speaker for the publication "BASEBALL: The New York Game" from 2018 to August 2023, Tony Morante aimed to address gaps in social studies proficiency among students through historical programming. Additionally, contributions to the Society for American Baseball Research and involvement as a community school board member in NYC further demonstrate a commitment to education and baseball history.
