Timothy Brown

Timothy Brown, Esq. serves as the Director of Legal Affairs and Senior Counsel at the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) since January 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing antitrust compliance and providing legal counsel on vendor contracts and trade show matters. Previously, Timothy served as Vice President, Regulatory Counsel & International Affairs at the Household & Commercial Products Association, managing federal regulatory issues and fostering relationships with key regulatory agencies. Other roles include Senior Policy Advisor for the Hispanic National Bar Association, Legislative and Communications Manager for Magnet Schools of America, and various positions at NADA and the American Society of Travel Agents. Timothy holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Political Science from Tulane University.
