Ramesh Kumar Singh

Ramesh Kumar Singh is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in road construction and management. Currently serving as a Top Level Consultant at NABARD since January 2023, Ramesh also holds advisory roles at ISHAN ENGINEERS & ARCHITECTS PVT LTD and eProject Management Services. Prior to these positions, Ramesh was the Chief Engineer for Road Maintenance at the Government of Bihar, overseeing 13,000 km of state highway and major district road maintenance. Ramesh has held various key positions in the Bihar Road Construction Department and served as DGM Finance at Bihar State Road Development Corporation. Educational qualifications include a B.Tech in Civil Engineering, an MCA, and a Post Graduate Program in Infrastructure Development and Management.
