Christophe Romary

Christophe Romary possesses extensive experience in finance and investment banking, currently serving as Managing Director of Client Relationships & Strategic Initiatives at NBOC since 2020, alongside a role as Associate Vice-President of Corporate Structuring and Financing. Prior to this, Christophe held the position of Vice President at BDC, leading a 12-member Portfolio Management Team focused on distressed companies. As President and Owner of Valeurs Mobileres Fleur de Lys from 2012 to 2016, Christophe provided financing consulting services to small and mid-cap firms. Notable earlier roles include Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald and Northern Securities, where successful public and private market transactions were executed, alongside significant contributions to corporate finance in Montreal. Christophe's career began at National Bank of Canada, establishing a division for the high-tech sector, and is supported by advanced degrees in finance and engineering from HEC Paris and Centrale Méditerranée.
