As Executive Vice-President – Personal Banking and Client Experience, Lucie Blanchet oversees all personal banking operations. In that capacity, she manages the network of financial planners, branches and client contact centres. Her responsibilities also include product and pricing management, distribution and marketing strategies, as well as developing the Bank's digital offering.
