Marc Lapointe is an experienced professional in marketing and data governance with a career spanning several prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Product Owner for CRM Transformation and Digital Client Experience at Banque Nationale du Canada since July 2012, Marc has co-designed a data governance framework and led the onboarding of data stewards across business lines.
