Mario Abrioux

Mario Abrioux has a strong background in tax-related roles, with their most recent position being as an Associate Vice President and Tax Legal Counsel at the National Bank of Canada. Prior to this, they served as Vice President, Taxation / Vice-Président, Fiscalité at the National Bank of Canada. Mario also held the role of Chief Tax Advisor, Financial Markets at the National Bank of Canada. Before joining the National Bank of Canada, Mario Abrioux worked as a Tax Partner at KPMG Law and McCarthy Tetrault, where they gained extensive expertise in tax matters.

Mario Abrioux obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from The University of Alberta. Mario then pursued a three-year LLB degree in Law from The University of British Columbia, which they completed in 2002.
