Saad Mnissar, MEng, SAFe®5, currently serves as the Chief Payments Business Analyst at the National Bank of Canada, specializing in the implementation of debit and credit card payment solutions. With extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst at Desjardins and a Senior Business System Analyst at Societe Generale, Saad has a strong background in analyzing and documenting business needs, facilitating stakeholder communication, and managing payment modernization initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as a Product Owner and Business Analyst at Banque Centrale Populaire, where Saad led process efficiency assessments and online banking deployments. Saad holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with additional foundational education in Mathematics.
