Youness Lasmak

Youness Lasmak has extensive experience in the field of IT, particularly in software architecture and development. Youness began their career as a Microsoft software developer at SQLI in 2005, where they worked on the development and maintenance of functional modules using C#, VB.NET, SQL Server, ASP, and ASP.NET. Youness then progressed to the role of Technical Expert before becoming a Software Architect in 2012 and Senior Software Architect in 2017. In these roles, their responsibilities included technical design and application maintenance. In 2021, Youness joined Anywr Canada as a Cloud Architect, where they worked until 2022. Youness is currently employed as a Principal Solutions Architect at the National Bank of Canada.

Youness Lasmak obtained an Engineer's degree in Computer Software Engineering from ENSA Tanger in 2005. Youness also holds certifications as an AWS Certified Solutions Architect from Amazon Web Services (AWS) obtained in July 2022, a Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert from Microsoft obtained in February 2021, a Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org obtained in 2021, a Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert from Microsoft obtained in June 2020, and a Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate from Microsoft obtained in February 2020.
