Ledon Jones

LeDon Jones has an extensive work experience in the banking industry. LeDon started their career in 1999 as a Mortgage Loan Officer at National Bank of Commerce. LeDon then moved on to First American Bank as a Vice President, Community Development Officer for six years. From 2007 to 2011, they served as a Banking Center Manager at RBC Bank. LeDon then returned to National Bank of Commerce and held the position of Vice President - Retail Banking from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they joined National Bank of Commerce (NASDAQ: NCOM) as a Senior Vice President, taking on roles such as Director of Community Development & Retail Banking / Commercial Lender and later as Chief Community Development Officer. In 2019, they worked at CenterState Bank as a Senior Vice President - Director of Community Development & Outreach. Currently, they are employed at SouthState Bank as an Executive Vice President - Director of Corporate Stewardship.

LeDon Jones obtained a B.S degree in Business Administration from Berea College, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Following this, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued an MBA with a Finance Concentration at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Later, they attended the Graduate School of Banking at L.S.U. from 2005 to 2007, where they successfully completed a Graduate Diploma in Banking.
