George Armelinios

George Armelinios has extensive experience in the banking sector, having served at the National Bank of Greece since 1979 in various roles, including Director and Head of Group Securities Services, Deputy Director, and Assistant Director in Private Banking. In addition, George has held multiple positions in the Internal Audit Division, progressing from Assistant Auditor to Senior Auditor, and was involved in auditing NBG's subsidiaries and international network. Since 2005, George has also been a Member of the Board of Directors at the Educational Centre of NBG S.A. Educational achievements include an Executive Development Programme in Banking from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Athens University of Economics and Business.
