Kostas Nakos

Kostas Nakos is an accomplished professional in human resources and organizational strategy, currently serving as Assistant General Manager in HR Strategy and Organizational Effectiveness at the National Bank of Greece since August 2014. Kostas has held multiple leadership roles within the bank, including Director of HR Strategy & Organizational Effectiveness and Director of Transformation. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Risk Officer at the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund and various managerial positions at Eurobank EFG, focusing on credit control and operational risk. Kostas began the career as a Financial Software Consultant at Systemic - Risk Management solutions. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at the University of Warwick, Kostas also holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, an M.Sc. in Finance from the University of Strathclyde, and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from The American College of Greece.
