Philippos Alexopoulos

Philippos Alexopoulos is a senior finance professional with extensive experience in strategic transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Strategic Transactions at the National Bank of Greece since November 2014, Philippos has previously held key roles including Head of Mergers and Acquisitions and Project Manager at the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund. Prior experience includes positions as Director at Eurobank EFG Equities and Acting Chief Financial Officer at ELTECH Wind. Philippos began the career as a Manager at KANTOR Management Consultants. Education includes a BA in MEng, Electrical and Information Sciences from the University of Cambridge and a high school diploma from Athens College.
