Vasilis Baliakas

Vasilis Baliakas is a seasoned professional in the real estate valuation sector, currently serving as the Head of Valuation & Advisory Services and Head of Valuations for REO & NPL Sub-Divisions at the National Bank of Greece since June 2014. Vasilis has extensive experience, including roles as a Senior Real Estate Consultant and previously as a Real Estate Economist in the International Valuation Department at EFG Eurobank Property Services from May 2011 to June 2014. Prior to this, Vasilis worked as a Valuer at Danos in Alliance with BNP Paribas and as a Surveyor at DTZ Hellas. Vasilis holds a Master's degree in Statistics with Application in Real Estate Market from Athens University of Economics and Business, completed in 2006, as well as a Bachelor's degree from the same institution obtained in 2004.
