Joel Raynal

Joel Raynal currently serves as the Senior Digital Channels Owner at National Bank of Kuwait (International) PLC since July 2022 and has held the position of Deputy Head of Change at National Bank of Kuwait since July 2018, where responsibilities include managing a multi-million dollar portfolio of change aimed at modernizing the bank. Previous experience includes roles at Accenture as a Management Consultant, specializing in Wealth Management and Mortgage transformation for Tier 1 British Banks, and a Financial Services Consultant at CGI, focusing on delivery and business analysis. Joel Raynal also undertook a seven-month journey through South America and the Caribbean to explore cultures and learn Spanish, alongside an earlier position as a Programming Analyst at Aedian, where expertise in Cobol and PHP was developed. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Physicochemical and Method of Analysis from Paris-Sud University and a degree in Analytical Chemistry from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1.
