Lea Touma has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lea began their career as an intern at Ipsos Lebanon in 2010. In 2011, they worked as a First Aid Rescuer at the Lebanese Red Cross for two years. Lea then joined Endeavor as an Intern and later became an Analyst in 2012.
Lea's next position was with EuroMena Funds- Capital Trust Group as an Investment Manager from 2013 to 2017. In 2018, they gained experience as a Product Marketing Manager Intern at Facebook.
Lea then moved to McKinsey & Company, starting as a Senior Associate from 2019 to 2022. Lea was then promoted to an Engagement Manager, a role they held until 2023.
Currently, Lea is working at the National Bank of Kuwait as the Strategy & PMO Lead in the Digital Lab since September 2023.
Lea Touma completed their education history with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the London Business School in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the American University of Beirut in 2011. Their educational journey began at Lycee Franco-Libanais, where they obtained a French Baccalaureate with a focus on Math Option from 1993 to 2007.
