Najlaa Hamad al Sager

Najlaa Hamad Al Sager possesses extensive experience in talent management, currently serving as the Head of Talent Management at the National Bank of Kuwait since November 2010, where previous roles included Talent Management Manager and Organisation Development Specialist. In addition to this role, Najlaa is a Founding Partner at Torch Innovation Consultancy since December 2017. Najlaa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration with a Minor in English Language from the American University of Beirut and an MBA from Gulf University for Science and Technology. Further enhancing professional expertise, Najlaa completed the Leading Difference For High Performance program at Harvard Business School Executive Education and the TALENT BUILDERS PROGRAM in Human Resources Development at IE Business School.
