Lucy Jednak possesses extensive experience in project management and operational transformation, particularly within the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving at RBC Royal Bank Of Canada since November 2013, Lucy has held several pivotal leadership roles, including overseeing technology and operations initiatives that delivered significant improvements in project portfolio management and IT financial management. Prior experience includes consulting and program management roles at eHealth Ontario, American Express, Scotiabank, Symcor, Zurich North American Insurance Company, Manulife, and FedEx, where Lucy drove various strategic initiatives and ensured compliance with international standards.
