Rachel Wells

Rachel Wells is an experienced reference librarian currently serving at the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, where responsibilities include managing reference desk operations, responding to queries, and contributing to publications. Prior roles include reference librarian at Lee County, where Rachel provided customer service, coordinated volunteers, and developed adult programming, as well as a data entry assistant at MediaBrains Inc. and various customer service positions at Charming Charlie and Walt Disney World. Rachel holds a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science and a Certificate in Information Leadership and Management from Florida State University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from SUNY New Paltz.
