Elaine Stephens

Elaine Stephens is currently the Vice President of COBRA and also holds titles such as Manager Fiduciary Services, Vendor Relationship Manager, and Retirement Plan Administrator at National Benefit Services, LLC. Prior to this, Elaine worked in the accounting department at Internet Connect, Inc. Elaine graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
