Sheryl Brinkley

Sheryl Brinkley, MBA, ACC, CHIC, is an accomplished Executive Coach and the Founder and CEO of ITM Coaching Next Level, established in December 2018. With credentials from Hudson and the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Sheryl specializes in empowering mid-level leaders to unlock their potential and overcome barriers to advancement. In addition to their coaching practice, Sheryl serves as an Advisory Council Member for Harvard Business Review and has been recognized as the 2024 Mentor of the Year by the National Black MBA Association for the Leaders of Tomorrow Program. Other roles include Senior Consultant at Right Management, Executive & Career Coach at Madelyn Mackie & Associates, and various positions with organizations such as The Heffelfinger Company, HR Strategy Forum, Consortium for Change, and Positive Intelligence. Sheryl's educational background includes an MBA in Management from Holy Names University, participation in the Women’s Executive Leadership Program at UC Berkeley, and a B.S. in Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis from California State University - East Bay.
