Michael has held roles such as Vice President of Chapter Services at the National Bleeding Disorders Foundation, Director of Development at Special Olympics Indiana, and Grant Supervisor at the Indiana Department of Education. With a background in Human Resource Development and Sociology, Michael has successfully led fundraising campaigns, managed teams, and implemented strategic initiatives to support organizations' growth and sustainability.
