Islam Elkholy is a seasoned professional in training and development with extensive experience at SPIMACO since June 2008, currently serving as the SPIMACO Academy Manager. Islam has held various roles, including Head of Operations and Manager of Training Excellence, where key contributions include delivering in-house training for medical and sales representatives, conducting on-the-job coaching, and analyzing training needs to design effective programs. Additionally, Islam is a Certified Global Career Development Facilitator and a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach through various professional organizations, alongside a robust educational background that includes a Master’s degree in Training & HR Management from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Mansoura University.
