Stacey Keesee has extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as a Remote Customer Service Representative for The National Board for Certified Counselors since December 2021. Previous roles include Life Customer Care Advocate at Lincoln Financial Group for a brief period, and Customer Service Representative at The National Board for Certified Counselors from May to October 2021. Additionally, Stacey held the position of Visitor Experiences Coordinator at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and spent over 14 years as Operations Manager at Greensboro Children's Museum. Education includes an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Rockingham Community College.

The National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) is a not-for-profit, independent certification organization whose primary purposes are to establish and monitor a national certification system, and to identify those counselors who have voluntarily sought and obtained board certification.
