Brett Foley

Brett Foley is currently the Director of Psychometrics and Research at National Board of Examiners in Optometry®. Prior to this, Brett worked at Alpine Testing Solutions, Inc., where Brett held various roles including Senior Psychometrician and Director of Professional Credentialing. Before joining Alpine Testing Solutions, Brett worked at University of Nebraska-Lincoln as the Interim Assistant Director at the Buros Institute for Assessment Consultation and Outreach. Brett holds a PhD in Quantitative, Qualitative, and Psychometric Methods from University of Nebraska-Lincoln, along with a MS in Biometry and a BS in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from Chadron State College.
