Katy Thoele

Katy Thoele is an experienced professional in donor engagement and event planning, currently serving as Donor Engagement Manager at the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. since October 2021, after progressing from Donor Engagement Coordinator. Previously, Katy held the position of Manager of Direct Marketing and Events at Ave Maria University from October 2016 to October 2019, where over $1.8 million was raised through marketing initiatives and events. Katy's earlier experience includes serving as Events Coordinator at Stoney Creek Hotels from September 2015 to September 2016, recognized for managing over 350 events annually, and as Event Coordinator at Proposing Dreams Wedding & Event Planning in 2014, where numerous formal weddings and events were planned. Katy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia, with additional studies at Saint Louis University.
