Rachael Wilson is an experienced Project Manager and founding member of the Project Management Office at Plan International Canada, specializing in high-priority initiatives for the Marketing, Philanthropy, and Communications departments. Previous roles include Project Coordinator for Philanthropy, where Rachael supported strategic planning and donor management, and Back Office Administrator, responsible for donor support and internal coordination. Earlier experience includes serving as a Supervisor at Marriott International and Assistant Conference Coordinator for the Canadian College and University Environmental Network. Rachael holds a Bachelor's degree in Development Economics and International Development from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Nova Scotia College of Art and Design.
