Lauren Dooley (Auchenbach)

Lauren (Auchenbach) Dooley has worked in various roles throughout their career. Lauren started their work experience in 2004 as a Floor Associate at Bath & Body Works. In 2009, they interned at Wisteria, where they focused on forecasting and creating design boards. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Michaels Stores, Inc. in different positions, including Category Administrative Assistant and Associate Category Manager. Their responsibilities involved analyzing merchandise performance, recommending changes to improve sales, and proficiently merchandising planograms. Since 2017, they have been working at the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc., where they currently hold the position of Director of Support Services.

Lauren (Auchenbach) Dooley completed their Bachelor's degree in Home Furnishings Merchandising with a minor in Business at the University of North Texas, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Effective Listening, Empathy at Work, Being an Effective Team Member, New Manager Foundations, Marketing Foundations: eCommerce, The Six Morning Habits of High Performers, Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues, Customer Service: Serving Internal Customers, and Unconscious Bias, through various institutions, with the most recent certification obtained in February 2022.
