Claire Mahon has a diverse professional background with experience in various HR roles. Claire is currently working for National Broadband Ireland, where they hold the position of Head of People Strategy, Systems & Reward since January 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Head of HR Business Partnering & HR Programmes at the same company from January 2021 to December 2021. Before joining National Broadband Ireland, Claire worked as a Senior HR Manager at the company from February 2020 to January 2021.
Earlier in their career, Claire worked as an HR Business Partner at Pfizer from November 2018 to January 2020 and at Vodafone Business from November 2017 to November 2018. Claire also gained experience as an HR Business Partner at Dixons Carphone from July 2014 to July 2017. Prior to that, Claire worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Next Generation from March 2013 to May 2014 and as an HR & Recruitment Executive at Crossell Ltd from September 2011 to March 2013.

Claire Mahon completed a MII CPD Diploma in Mediation from Technological University Dublin in 2020-2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Psychology from Dublin Business School in 2012-2015. Additionally, they received a Diploma in Management Studies from Dublin Business School in 2009-2010.
