Daragh O'Mahony has extensive work experience in the field of HR and compensation & benefits. Daragh is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at National Broadband Ireland since March 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at Dublin Airport Authority (DAA), including Group Head of Reward, Head of HR for Central Functions and daa international, and Pension Scheme Trustee from 2014 to 2021. Daragh also worked as the Senior European Reward Manager at Kellogg Company in 2014. Before that, they held the position of Group Performance & Reward Manager at Bank of Ireland from 2011 to 2014. Daragh O'Mahony gained experience as a Vice President, Sr. Compensation & Benefits Consultant at Northern Trust from 2006 to 2011 and as a Reward Specialist at Vodafone Ireland in 2006. Daragh began their career as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Aviva plc in 2001 and worked there until 2006.
Daragh O'Mahony's education history includes a CPD Certificate in Corporate Sustainability ESG from TU Dublin Computer Science in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained an MBS degree in Human Resource Strategies from Dublin City University from 2008 to 2010. In 2005 to 2006, they pursued Law Society FE-1 Exams at Griffith College Dublin. Daragh also completed a BA in Management & Information Systems from Dublin Business School from 2001 to 2004. In terms of certifications, O'Mahony obtained various certifications, such as the Chief Human Resources Officer Program and several courses from Wharton Executive Education in 2023, along with Human Resources-related certifications from LinkedIn in 2021.
