Mr. Santosh Kumar Gupta has over 14 years of working experience in the field of Retail, Agri and Rural Banking.

In his current profile, Mr. Gupta is responsible for leading the development, financial and operational performance of the Storage & Exchange Business Unit including adjacent new opportunities for business growth.

Since past 9 years, Mr. Gupta has been associated with NBHC spearheading the Warehousing & Finance business.

As an accomplished leader, Mr. Gupta led the growth strategy and execution through development of disruptive solutions and remained focused on driving corporate policies and financial performance. He has been instrumental towards contributing in the overall growth and development of NBHC business in Rajasthan (East) State across critical parameters namely Growth in Expanding Customer base, Scaling Professional Warehousing Business, Profitability and Cost Optimization, Team Management, etc.

Prior to joining NBHC, Mr. Gupta held Senior Positions at organizations such as Axis Bank Ltd., Triveni Retail Venture Ltd., Aadhar Retailing Ltd and Hariyali Kisaan Bazaar.

Mr. Gupta holds a Bachelor's Degree from Rajasthan University and has successfully completed technical courses in SAP and other IT Packages.
