Jim Winkler

Jim Winkler is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the health solutions sector. Currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at the Business Group on Health since July 2022, Jim leads initiatives to enhance the value provided to a network of 450 large organizations. Previously, from November 1996 to June 2022, Jim held multiple senior leadership roles at Aon, including Senior Vice President of Global Advisory & Specialty Leader in Health Solutions, where Jim facilitated decision-making for multinational organizations to improve workforce health and resilience. Additionally, Jim served as Global Chief Innovation Officer for Aon Health, driving innovative solutions in health management, and as National Practice Leader for Health Management Consulting. Earlier in their career, Jim worked as a Health Care Consultant at Aetna. Jim holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Hartford and an Executive Education in Executive Integral Leadership from the University of Notre Dame, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the same institution.
