Colette Balmer

Colette Balmer has extensive experience in education and project management, currently serving in a Special Projects role at the National Business Research Institute, Inc. since January 2023. Previously, Colette held various positions at Regina Caeli Academy from August 2010 to May 2021, including Regional Manager of Education, Lower School Lead Tutor, and Center Coordinator of Education. Colette also worked at Regina Caeli Priory as Center Coordinator for Education and First Grade Lead Tutor from August 2010 to May 2016. Colette Balmer earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Psychology from Saint Mary's College and a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education with a specialization in Reading and Language from the University of Saint Joseph. Colette completed high school at Harpeth Hall School.
