Clinical Operations

The Clinical Operations team at National Capital Treatment & Recovery, formerly Phoenix House Mid-Atlantic, is responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of clinical services across their CARF-accredited programs. This includes developing and implementing treatment plans that address the mental, physical, and emotional aspects of addiction for men, women, and teens. The team ensures that the care provided is trauma-informed, gender-specific, and tailored to individual needs, while maintaining high standards of care in both residential and outpatient settings.
