Jennifer Overmyer, BA, CEI, is a Substitute Teacher at Genoa Christian Academy and the Founder, Director, Leadership & Life Coach at Follow the Leader Consulting, LLC. Jennifer is also a Court Appointed Special Advocate/GAL at National CASA/GAL Association for Children and the Co-Founder, Certified Event Interventionist & Certified Life Coach at KO Addiction, LLC. Jennifer has experience in various roles in Human Resources, including Regional Human Resources Manager at Bare Escentuals and The Limited. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Tiffin University and a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Media Design from the same university.
