Jennifer Richardson

Jennifer Richardson's work experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at the National Center for Civil and Human Rights since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Carlock, Copeland & Stair, LLP from 2018 to 2019 and at New American Pathways from 2016 to 2018. Jennifer also founded and served as the CEO of Jen Rich Ent. from 2010 to 2016. Earlier in their career, they held various human resources roles at Arnall Golden Gregory LLP from 2012 to 2015, Bennett Thrasher from 2004 to 2011, Mercer Human Resource Consulting in 2003, and PwC Consulting from 1999 to 2002.

Jennifer Richardson attended Portland State University from 1992 to 1997. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.
