Kristen Bullock has over 15 years of diverse experience in customer service, administrative support, and program coordination across various organizations. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Visitor Services and Admissions Coordinator at the Center for Civil and Human Rights since July 2015, Kristen has also worked at the Cleveland Clinic as an Appointment Center Representative, ensuring seamless patient scheduling and communication. Previous roles include Executive Assistant at the Native American Children's Alliance, where Kristen managed organizational tasks and research, and Youth Coordinator at the Youth Empowerment Program, focusing on developing leadership skills among youth. Additional experience includes serving as a Case Manager at Career Development and Placement Strategies and as a Client Relations Representative at KeyBank, where Kristen excelled in customer service and operational management. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Cleveland State University.
