Lela Salakaia

Lela Salakaia is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resource management and organizational development. Currently serving as an invited lecturer in HR Management at both Caucasus University and Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University, Lela also holds the position of Chief Officer of People and Organization at Cellfie Mobile since February 2007, where responsibilities include defining HR strategies, recruitment, training, and administrative management. Lela is a co-founder of HRPA Georgia and a member of the Authorization Council of the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement. Previous roles include leading the HR department at PSP Pharmacy and serving as Senior HR Manager at Bank Republic. Lela's educational background includes training from the Institute for Training and Development and ongoing studies at Maastricht School of Management.
