Ramona Rodriguez-Brooks

NCEO members are the heart of the employee ownership community. As Membership Director, Ramona supports the success of thousands of employee-owned companies and employee ownership experts. Ramona leads member communication, account management, and new member initiatives. She creates content and curates educational resources for members. Ramona also manages the NCEO’s peer networking programs, including year-round peer matching and special gatherings at NCEO events.

Ramona earned a BA in Sociology and a BA in Theatre from the University of California, San Diego.
